“Hi there! I’m Alyssa, the owner of AEC Market LLC. What does AEC stand for you may ask? It represents the foundation of this business; our three children (Addalynn, Eli, and Calvin). Being a mom (like so many other moms) I’ve always wanted to give my children the best, including the food they eat. I would spend hours reading ingredient labels and researching the side effects of preservatives and other artificial ingredients on their body and development. I have always loved shopping at farmers markets and working with farmers to get the best quality food. However, driving all over god’s creation was taxing. I wanted to create a one stop shop for real food, food that nourishes people, food you can trust. I talked to my husband and we started right away meeting with local farmers and other small businesses that aligned with our values and standards and together we created my dream! Growing up on a self sustaining farm, I have always been passionate about agriculture, food, family, and faith, that is the back bone of AEC. We vow to always work hard to supply the highest quality food for our customers and their families. We look forward to meeting you soon!”
